Just a Florida girl stuck in a Tennessee world.

Always trying to stay in good spirits :) I’m searching for the ideal bottles of each spirit for my home bar. This is my opinion on what’s available in Ontario.

I'm not here to wax poetic about the nose or the palate, there are much more qualified people to do that, I'm here to have fun with whiskey. And you should be too.

My wife says I have an alcohol problem. I buy it and I don't drink it. I am a collector.

There is very little that can't be made better by the application of whiskey.

My amateur system: 1 - undrinkable; 2 - serious flaws; 3 - good, if somewhat average or unremarkable, minor flaws (perhaps youth or finish), but still enjoyable; 4 - better than average, intriguing, very enjoyable; 5 - superb

I'll always come home to single malt scotch.
