Bushmills 28 Year The Rare Casks Cognac Cask Single Malt

Clover honey and apricot notes right out of the bottle. I got flavors of fresh cedar, lemon zest, and a bouquet of flowers, with the citrus being the most prominent, and caramel corn on the finish.
