Tasting Notes
"A biscuity sweetness, followed by oak and honeyed apples create a wonderful, bourbon-like nose. Starting off a little spicy, the palate brings a unique combo of young and old oak, from Chichibu and Hanyu, which is pleasant but the strength of the young oak throws off the balance a little. The finish is dry, with ginger and mint notes present until the end."
