Tastes

The nose is full of oak. Fruity on the palate, peach, orange peel and then a peppercorn spice arrives that fizzes along the tongue. This one has a wonderfully long finish. Smooth and intense. My favorite combination.

For a young blend this is very light and has a lot of flavor. In part aged in an ex bourbon cask that also played host to the Kentucky stout, there is a plume of smoke within this spirit that is very pleasant.
