Dark brown (caramel?) color. Herbal smell but the mint notes come through strongly. Smells lightly sweet. Herbal taste at the beginning followed by some sweetness, mint at the end but a weird aftertaste lingers which kills it for me (like a bad medicine).

It smells like banana cream pie, nice banana smell with like a graham cracker crust. Nice smooth cream with a banana pudding taste. Not as banana as the Blue Chair banana cream rum, more mellow I’d say.

Great banana smell. Nice and creamy with a good banana flavor. A bit oily.

Pawpaw is apparently a fruit native to America/Canada. Total Wines says it has “mango, banana, melon” flavors to it. The smell is a little fruity, like a weird papaya. The taste isn’t all that great. It has a fruity taste but I’m not too big on it.

Smells like weed and has a taste of what I imagine weed would taste like. Flavor and smell is pronounced but I just don’t like weed.

The roasted orange smell comes through quite nicely. The orange also comes through in the taste. Not all that sweet but has a great orange/citrus flavor.

Has a light maple syrup like smell. Don’t taste much of the walnut but the toffee comes through. Decently sweet.

This amaro was okay, sweet slightly herbal, but has like a medicine after taste. Could possibly use this in place of grenadine.
