    It has a slight herbal smell and taste but a very strong mint smell and taste that lingers. They apparently make a mint version of this which I thought I got at first but apparently not so I can only imagine just how minty the mint one is.

    Comes off as a sweet red wine with a high alcohol content. A bit dry and not bad really but wouldn’t drink it like a wine for the price. Not getting any herbal notes or other tastes. Might have to try it later with a clean palette.

    This was in with the Gins. It doesn’t have a strong juniper/pine smell nor taste. It’s like plain vodka but gin instead. Very neutral in smell and taste with only a slight scent and flavor. At first it was like drinking water but then you get a light taste of the flavors and a slight burn.

    This gin isn’t bad. Has a nice berry smell followed by a light pine. There’s a light berry taste at the beginning before the junipers set in but they aren’t like too strong or overpowering.

    This one is interesting. Found it between the brandy and cognac. Not sure how to describe the smell. It has a strong alcoholic smell but something else is there. Not sure I taste banana-maple but I taste something lightly sweet is there but it’s light/watery overall with a slight alcoholic burn.
