Tastes

Fruit, baking spices, honey and caramel on the nose. Taste is soft and complex, with vanilla, orange zest and light peat, finishing up heather and honey.

Surprisingly nice bourbon. Maybe comes off as a tad younger that a typical 10 year old. Tasting green apples and pear, that moves to some dark chocolate and cinnamon. Caramel with a hint of something floral on the finish. A good one for everyone’s bar. Probably would make a great Manhattan as well.

Drinks smooth for such high proof. Very complex, clove and cinnamon, fig, with vanilla and oak on the finish. Highly recommend!

Complex and spicy, fruit in the finish. Some notes of floral essences. I would buy this.
