Tastes

People get on here and badmouth this whisky, but for the price, it’s very good. Pretty smooth, perhaps not as peaty and smoky as some like, but a good blend.

Taken with one large ice cube. Light, slightly sweet, but not cloying. Very good for the price. Would actually give 3.3 if I could. Not great, but at aroun $18, good everyday drinking whisky.

Very sweet bourbon, seems to be a high corn content. Would give a 2.5 if I could.

In a small snifter with a splash of filtered water. Complex nose, getting vanilla and medicine. Oaky taste. Not as peaty as 10-year, but I like it better.
