Smell: Nice deep cherrywood Initial taste: a little bite but not overwhelming. Cherrywood and spice flavor it's evident. Flow thru: flavor stuck around a bit, had to slurp again to taste, I liked out better than Cleveland applewood. Maybe slight bittter aftertaste 6.5 out of 10

Cool it's "Yellowstone" Straight room temp Smell: yikes, earthy citrus Initial taste: it's burns, feel heat hit my cheeks Follow thru: burn of cheap bourbon Glad I didn't buy a bottle. Not smooth at all. The burn numbs your tongue so you don't really taste the real flavor. I call this a flop. 1.5 out of 10 Numbing spice

My absolute favorite! Straight room temp Smell: suttle and crisp Initial taste: umm, where's the bourbon? Then you l taste quiet oak and spices. It may even be too smooth. Follow thru: mild aftertaste, absolutely no burn. Some may disagree but this is my 10 out of 10. If you want robust flavor with a little heart, you won't find it with this. But very enjoyable.

Straight sip, liked the "pop" noise when pulling the cork. Smell: Powerful Initial taste: Smooth with applewood and hint of spice After: a little burn bounces around not too bad Good $40 bottle 7.5 out of 10
