Tasting Notes
"The whiskey has a refreshing nose of apples growing in a pine forest. The palate is slightly medicinal, with some breakfast cereal toastiness and caramel corn sweetness. Tart plum and baked apple come into the mid palate with very subtle baking spices. This isn't one of those big, whalloping bourbons, but it has its own character. "
