Tastes

First off, not worth $80 Its decent, but not worth the price point. Brown sugar/vanilla/oak on the nose. Palate is light in flavor, a bit of honey and caramel and light heat. The finish is short, I had to keep doing small pours in order to remember the taste profile.

The palate came across like pound cake to me but less sweet and more buttery. Incredibly smooth and easy to drink. pick it up if you're in Ireland.

I tried both the 2009 and 2007. 2009 is just over 7 years and the 07 is 8 years. I found them both to be pretty bland, light bodied. mostly got roasted nuts and cereal. the nose is like pears and honey. Don't buy if over $25

I found this to be pretty boring. All I got was oak and malt. It did drink smooth but not worth $65 when there's better for cheaper
