    Mmmmm this smells so good. It is beautiful peat smoke and a whiff of sweet flows through the center. It is super smooth. There is heat in it for sure, but it goes down as well as the best of them. You get a sort of peat texture. It is very peat forward, but just like the nose it has a great sweet line in the middle. I would say roasted caramel maybe? Tasted with @Mollie-Distiller.

    MMMMM. this is really very good. This might be my favorite straight up flavored vodka yet. It brings back lots of scents and tastes of childhood for me. Many good, some hard to point. Had with @kpj and @Mollie-Distiller helped us figure out some of the smells. I would recommend this. My mind says it would be great mixed with grapefruit soda, but it is actually quite good on its own. Scent is caramel, red grapevines, medicinal cherry. Taste is sweet, but not bad sweet. I like it as it rides with the drink not steering it.

    This is pretty fun. There is a great taste I can't quite place. Almost a candy I have had before with a hint of rum maybe. It might be a little wrong, but I think this would make a great dark and stormy.

    Super good. It has a wonderful smell. I could live in the glass for just the smell. It is super smooth when you drink it. You can taste some of the barrel, but it's not a stupid amount, the tequila underneath still comes through. A little pricy for my taste, but still good. Had with @kpj

    For sure you smell the stout. It is way smoother then I would have expected. This is a nice bottle. A little expensive but it has one of those special situations where it is still worth it. I would recommend giving this a try.

    Dried fruits and the barrel was kept in a room where a fire was once lit for warmth. the smoke is in there but quite light. @silverelizard and I can dream of buying this one

    Very nice. good spices that balance well with the little bit of heat still in the spirit. not a bad expression. kind of a "Macallan Prime" it's what you expect from Macallan just a little lighter.

    Definition Sherry. super super smooth. No crazy games are played here. smells of slightly filtered raw Sherry butt and the taste is a great example of a Sherry. if you wanted to explain to someone what a Sherry whiskey smelled like this would be a great if not expensive way to do it. if you leave it alone with out cleansing your pallet you get a bit of soft wood. Enjoyed with @silverelizard
