Tastes

I freaking loved this whisky. I’m new to whisky and it is by far the most approachable. A smooth whisky with notes of vanilla and a little bit of orange for me. Hardly and alcohol burn at all. If I’m going to try to introduce anyone to whisky I would say Angels envy is the way to go

I think that it has a lot of similarities to Woodford reserve. I enjoy the nose a whole lot. I’m still trying to figure out how to pick out different characteristics of whiskey. But I could pick out apricots and leather from this. The finish is nice. But pretty short

I really enjoy Woodford reserve. It was the first whiskey that my best whiskey friend and I drank together. It’s smooth and not too harsh. It’s a taste of citrus and vanilla. The finish it pretty long and tastes what I think like whiskey should taste like in the back of your throat. I would for sure buy it again to have it in my collection. But not to just buy to sip on. A special occasion whiskey for me

Smokey and kind of an unpleasant finish. It’s one of the first whiskeys I have tried however. So it will always have a special place in my heart
