    Easy and smooth up front with a pleasant middle ground of smoke, peat, and salt. Not overwhelming with a touch of heat on the finish.

    Just enough peat but not too much burn. Easy enough on the nose but still there to let you know it's a serious competitor. If you know what you're looking for... you will find it in Highland Park 18.

    A unique and unknown blend of 5 different bourbon's, gets the job done and is easy over ice. I'd say great for a quick fix (hence the price) but basic at best.

    If you're looking for an unassuming, traditional, and cost effective Kentucky Bourbon, this is it. Smooth oak that provides just enough bite but little burn. Clean nose and you'll take a second glass easily.

    Heat, oak and leather. Shows its age and barreling on the first sip. Definitely a strong representation of traditional american bourbon although not nearly as exciting as it is expected to be.

    Very smooth with a cube which takes down the heat and concentration of the corn. Neat you get a distinct corn flavor similar to rye but very little maple or oak due to the limited aging in barrels. Overall a consistent whiskey that is enjoyable and versatile.
