750 ml bottle poured into a snifter, served neat. Lucked out on VA ABC's lottery in November 2018. Nice dark golden amber color. Aromas of caramel, citrus peel, a little butterscotch, spice, some vanilla, well masked alcohol. Tastes of caramel, butterscotch, citrus peel, spice, vanilla. Warming finish. A bit hot on the first few pours but really nice once your palate adjusts and you know what to expect.

750 ml bottle poured into a snifter at home, served neat. Very classy looking bottle! Clear golden yellow color. Aromas of citrus and apple (green apple especially), toasted corn and wheat, malt, light alcohol. Tastes of toasty wheat, light caramel, citrus peel, light alcohol. Pretty nice all-around.

700 ml bottle purchased in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan back in December 2018. Poured into a snifter at home, neat. Pale golden yellow color. Aromas of caramel, some corn and wheat, malt, some alcohol, a little smoky/toasty hint. Tastes of light caramel, some citrus peel, malt, subtle peat, corn and wheat, touch of spice, light alcohol. Nice blend.

375 ml bottle at home poured into a snifter, neat. Dumped 10/1/2018 from barrel #1784, Warehouse H, Rick #33. Nice golden color. Aromas of caramel, butterscotch. Well masked alcohol. Tastes of caramel, butterscotch, orange peel, light spice, a touch of alcohol. Nicely balanced. Great stuff.

Bottle poured into a snifter at home, neat. Nice clear light golden yellow color. Aroma and flavor includes malt, corn, wheat, a little caramel, a slight toasty/smoky note, touch of alcohol. Subtle apple-like flavor. Nice, easy sipper.

750 ml bottle to snifter. Nice clear vibrant golden yellow. Aromas of caramel, oak, booze, vanilla. Tastes of caramel, vanilla, oak, a little banana, light spice, some booze. This and Eagle Rare are always my go-to when available.

2 oz poured from a 180 ml bottle (NAS), purchased at a FamilyMart in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. Nice clear golden yellow. Aromas of caramel, toffee, booze, citrus, malt, spice. Tastes of caramel, toffee, some booze, citrus. Medium body with nice warming heat on the finish.

Snifter. Nice clear golden yellow color. Aromas of butterscotch, honey, caramel, fairly balanced alcohol, light spice. Tastes of honey, caramel, some oak, some spice. Light alcohol heat on the finish. Nice.
