I really enjoyed this rye. Big Woodford guy to begin, and I want to make this my first rye purchase for my shelf.

This is a good scotch, sweet and fruity and smooth. Right there with the 12 Year Glenlivet in my opinion.

Very flavorful whiskey with strong spice that stays with you. Wouldn’t describe this a smooth whiskey by any means, definitely better after on ice for a bit so the water can dilute it a bit but overall very enjoyable with lots of flavors that my limited palate can’t yet tell what they are.

Taste of honey, sweet, rich flavor. For the price I think you can’t beat the flavor

Very smooth, sweet, great on ice.

Too sweet, which is rare for me cause I like sweetness. No other richness or body to it. Very bland. Someone described it as a college shot and can’t agree more.

First bottle of scotch I bought. Really liked the vanilla, honey flavor and it did not linger and was not as smokey as some other whiskeys I’ve had. Really enjoyed it.

Could really get a full flavor of it. I’m not sure if I like the “wheat” that replaces the “rye” in a regular whiskey mixture, and not sure I liked the “creamy” feel when it’s in the mouth. Goes down smooth but aftertaste left me lacking. I think it’s better as a mixing whiskey.

Goes down smooth. Smells and tastes sweet with oaky aftertaste. I enjoy the rich flavor.
