I don't usually feel the need to add water to products that are only 84 proof, but 7-8 drops into a two-finger pour brings down the heat on the front end and allows the finish to open up nicely...I like!

Nice and smooth- easy to drink straight. Definitely benefits from a Glencairn glass to help focus aroma and support flavors.
