The sequel to the High West's Bourye, Son of Bourye is made from an undisclosed ratio of two straight whiskeys. One is a 5 year-old bourbon made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 20% rye, 5% barley malt. The second is a 5 year-old rye made from 95% rye, 5% barley malt. This product has been discontinued.

"Nose, golden raisins, mint, vanilla and peppermint. Palate continues with sweet notes of mint and honeysuckle then intensifies with cinnamon and baking spices. Finish is medium/long with the cinnamon and baking spices continuing."
