The best Willett I own. Definitely the best bottle i have open right now. Long spice, full mouthfeel, long finish. Hard to describe. Takes my breath away.

The very best of the Knob Creek 12 year. The Cask Strength version allows for a better mouthfeel and more flavor. I would have finished this bottle a long time ago except i don't have another and i fear not having any CS KC12 in my house.

I loved, loved loved this one. It filled my nose from the beginning. When i took a taste, it excited my palate all the way from beginning to finish. It was sweet and creamy. It had an amazing mouthfeel. The caramel and vanilla was very forward and perfect to taste. I thought it was very balanced and a great drink.

The best Angel's Envy bourbon I've ever had. The port is there, but it is more subtle than the proofed-down version. All of the edges are rounded off. The port has a bit of a dark berry, like raspberry or blueberry, come through but not strong. More subtle. The same with the slight hint of a dark bitter chocolate. The mouthfeel is buttery and wonderful. There's also caramel and a little bit of nut.

The oily mouthfeel is just the beginning. There are plenty of dark stone fruits in the palate. The oak is very well balanced at 10 years old.

This was a very good mouth feel with a lot of caramel flavor. The proof adds to the flavor. There's a dark fruit on the palate with a tobacco and oak finish.

This coats your mouth from the first taste. I could literally taste the flavor tags each time i tasted it. It is one of the few bourbons that lights up every part of the nose and palate every time i drink it. It is one of the best bourbons i have ever had.

You can really taste the complexity with this one. The mouth feel is extremely tasteful. The nose starts out with vanilla and leather notes. The palate has a really nice spice on the front with a tobacco note on the finish. Long finish. Great drink.

With the first taste, you know this is Rye all the way. It has a spicy, hot mouth feel. Nice heat that wakes up all your taste buds. A good drink.

It had a wonderful nose. Full palate. It ignited my entire mouth from front to finish. Long finish. Truly delicious.
