Raw and harsh are the first words that pop to mind, then the smokey flavors take over and won't let go. Beautiful deep color, those casks do really work here, but overall it feels rushed and needs more time to make the parts a better whole.

Not your ordinary rum, just a touch of sweetness but what an awesome smokey bouquet and a heavy aftertaste.

A touch of sweetness, pineapple and a good dose of grass hits the nose and the palate, and brings happy moments. With a strong aftertaste, somewhat artificial, it really feels like a heavy drink.

I can't help it, but I love this cachaça, absolutely lovely, just stunning on the nose, and simply the best value at this price.

Beautiful aromas and a mouthwatering aftertaste, a bit harsh at first on the palate but quickly eases into pleasant.

Heavy aroma, complex spices, good starter if you like dark rum at a reasonable price. be prepared for some headaches, though.
