Smoky vanilla aroma with a good deal of wet wood. Flavor is similar, served with a few cubes of ice and that’s helping the 120.

Honey and phyllo dough in the aroma, very clean with no spice character. More pomme fruit a few sips in. Sweeter flavor almost like biting into honeycomb or honey on cristini. So lots of honey.

Sweeter nose, maple and pancakes with a bit of vanilla and creme brûlée. Little more serious in the flavor, light burn, maple still present, pecans, and molasses.

Aroma has some demerera syrup and caramel but not much complexity beyond that, flavor almost begs for cola with some cola notes and lots of woody bark root notes. Would be a great mixer but alone it needs an extra leg to stand on.

Aroma is hot, some chlorophenol shower curtain and cheddar cheese. Flavor is smooth, just a hint of peat as it goes done, some pomme fruit and a light barrel char.
