Bowmore Black Rock
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedExcellent with a mix of peated and iodine flavor. However, I will prefer the Laphroaig for the balance of the flavors and the iodine taste and I will for sure prefer a Lagavulin for the complexity and the overall sensation.
The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve
Single Malt — Speyside, ScotlandTastedSimple taste which doesn't mean not good however I would like to find something which will give it a special flavor. I found it so common.
Ardmore Traditional Cask
Peated Single Malt — Highlands, ScotlandTastedIncredibly peated. It smells so good. To reveal all his flavors try it with some pieces of parmesan.
The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year
Single Malt — Speyside, ScotlandTastedFor me it's one of the best. The rum flavor is definitely here. I'm usually more fan of the iodine taste but this scotch is at the same level than some Laphroaig or others in a completely different flavor.
Highland Park 10 Year Viking Scars
Peated Single Malt — Islands, ScotlandTastedExcellent peated scotch. More dedicated to be an after dinner scotch. Needs to have something to eat before or a strong aperitivo.
Laphroaig 10 Year
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedReally one of the best Scotch with light flavor of iodine.
Knockando 18 Year 1994
Single Malt — Speyside, ScotlandTastedI had the 1996 edition. Definitely more fruity than the basic 12 years. One hit for those who don't like the islay.
