$8/oz 1st honest pour of a Scotch to try and see if I enjoy. Im a bourbon drinker, and like to try new tastes and pours. I prefer bourbons that are sweet(er) rather than leather, smoke or grassy/earthy. Very easy drinking. This was quite sweet and citrusy. Moith feel means a lot to me, i like a heavy-oily coating of the mouth… i feel like i get a better taste for it. This, was very oily and heavy/thick. I very much enjoyed this. If I can find a bottle near near me, it will come home with me.

Nose: sweet and fruity. Not too robust/complex. Taste: the sweetness comes through… just as the nose, it’s not a lot. There’s a bit of ethanol bite, like it’s a little too young for this to be a great sip. Palate: thin and warm, sweetness carries all the way. Overall: I could drink this every day without disappointment. It’s nice, not great and reminds me of a younger version of eagle rare.40.0 USD per Bottle

Reviewed July 29, 2021 (edited December 12, 2021)First pappy experience. Neat. Taste: For me, the cinnamon was front and center. The earthiness was second up, followed by a slight vanilla/honey. This would have been a great bourbon sip if not for the earthiness, which I am by no means a fan of. Would I buy a bottle? No. Would I pay for shot, or part of a flight? No. I would skip this one because of that earthiness. My mind likens it to drinking fancy dirt-filtered-water. Price: free, after party enjoyment festivities with friends.
