nutty and savory sweetness on the palette and nose with a touch of baking spice.

caramel taffy sweetness on the nose. notes of Korean melon popcicle. hot. lots of alcohol here. deep vanilla and brown sugar on the first sip. finish is spicy. you can taste the booze. complex, but the nearly 130 proof is a touch higher than I like. enjoyed neat in a glencairn. maybe a splash of water next time to bring down the proof and open it up.

floral, polleny sweetness on the nose. floral sweetness rather than candy sweetness. I like it. sweet with a lightly spicy finish. surprised by the flavor profile for a rye. apples, jam, walk in the flower garden. lovely.
