The first taste is stupid hot from the high abv. I blame the neck pour, which I originally thought was a myth for bad alcohol. I’ll say this, my first pour felt like it was good bourbon that needed a ton of water to open it up. Second pour...different story. It was like drinking a delicious bourbon flavored with peanuts. Tons of peanut flavor and a nice finish of vanilla and caramel. Worth every penny, just let it breath for a bit.90.0 USD per Bottle

Jefferson's Ocean Aged At Sea Voyage 21 Cask Strength
Bourbon — USA
Reviewed December 4, 2020 (edited February 4, 2021)Delicious. It’s got a nice salty finish. Caramel and vanilla. It’s hard to believe that this is cask strength. I thought it would be a gimmick, but aged at sea is no joke. Nice heat from a high abv bourbon. Typical flavors from bourbon, with an almost single malt scotch feel.90.0 USD per BottleTotal Wine & More -

Knob Creek 15 Year Bourbon (2020 Release)
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 1, 2020 (edited September 10, 2020)Walnut and vanilla on the nose. Smooth as hell. This might be one of the best boubons I've ever tasted. Lots of complex favor, full body, rich flavor and a little spice on the finish. Nice caramel and toffee on the tongue. It's delightful.139.0 USD per Bottle
