When you’re out of Aberfeldy 12 year and this is in the cupboard, it’s not too bad. A little on the harsh side (not too harsh though), with some sweet flavors and a pleasant finish. A good backup scotch, especially for the cost, it won’t break the bank. I like the back story on the interesting name.

Smooth, not too peaty, great finish
