Full disclosure I’m a bit biased because I live about a mile from the distillery. This is a very solid pour. Smooth, vanilla, with small hints of Carmel. A must try.

Smooth and sweet. Not much nose. Not overly complex. Could be proofed up a bit. Overall though, a smooth easy drinker.

Probably the most aggressive and full nose I’ve ever experienced. Flavor is very very hot, but after the initial burn it pleasantly parts away with a massive flavor profile.

Had this next to w.l Weller... wow it’s close and much more obtainable. The best ‘normal’ Weller I’ve had. Bright but such a smooth finish..

Bright and carmely. Surprisingly smooth for the proof. Highly recommend and enjoy. Will be taking a bottle back home with me.

Incredible. My favorite Weller thus far (have had all except full proof). Initially very smooth with a quick bite and a wonderful full finish.

This is really something else. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for something interesting and unique sweet and smooth. Bright but mellow finish
