Tomintoul 16 Year
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed February 16, 2024 (edited February 29, 2024)This maybe one of my new everyday favorites. Smooth but flavourful, just a hint of sharpness to it. The vanilla is strong but manageable. -
GLEN ELGIN 24 YEAR OLD RARE FIND SINGLE MALT
Single Malt — speyside, Scotland
Reviewed December 25, 2023Very good, very flavourful but still decently smooth. Citrus, tropical berry, and a little vanilla. Tasting done neat , on the rock would smooth out but soften the great flavor. -
Cameronbridge 'Harmony' 28 Year Old 1991 - Old Particular Spiritualist Series (Douglas Laing)
Single Grain — Lowland, Scotland
Reviewed December 22, 2023Pretty good, technically this is the 30 year from the same batch of 1991 but did not feel like adding a new entry. Smooth, hints of berry ,vanilla, and roasted nuts. After taste lingers a little with a bit of sharpness.
