Tastes

I do love this whiskey. Is it for everyday? No. Is it for beginners? No! It's a whiskey that makes time slow down and the mind wander. It brings me back to the cabin at the lake in Michigan. We always have a camp fire going and I can spend hours sitting on the dock smoking my pipe in silence. It reminds me of my university years in Scotland. Rainy days with peat smoke in the air. Old wooden pubs. Just the right amount of chill that whiskey shines in. This is a whiskey to savor and learn to appreciate. It's complex. Take your time.
