Teacher's Highland Cream
Blended — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed July 20, 2019 (edited December 10, 2019)Unbelievable value for this. The juice is a bit young, but there's a clear malt presence along with the lovely peat. A bit rowdy if drank neat, but on ice this is a lovely beverage on its own. They're practically giving the stuff away too for and hiding it on the bottom shelf. This was a great find and my go to after work sipper. Wonderful stuff for the price.13.0 USD per Bottle -
An incredible disappointment, especially considering the $70/bottle price. Headsy, harsh, unrefined, and brutally sharp finish. Off putting solventy, acetone quality in the aroma. Long, bitter, finish. Nikka can do better. It's a good example that price does not translate into quality.70.0 USD per Bottle

Dewar's 12 Year The Ancestor (Discontinued)
Blended — Scotland
Reviewed June 30, 2019 (edited January 25, 2020)Lovely every day scotch for enjoying guilt free. Low cost, rich flavor, and decent complexity. One of the best values in scotch I've found.28.0 USD per Bottle -
Truly one of the best blended scotches money can buy. A rich, velvety smooth, and deep spirit of immense character. It is bristling with wonderful malt character, but the smoothness that comes from a top quality grain whisky. I don't know if it's $160 worth for a bottle, but it's pretty damn good and were I wanting to buy something special, I would not hesitate to get this. Absolutely wonderful product.160.0 USD per Bottle
