I think this stuff is fantastic. I understand that it's maybe not as refined as a more nuanced, aged scotch, but it's unique and beautiful in its own way that I haven't found anywhere else.

Peat, iodine, seaweed and salty brine. I don't know why I can't get enough of it but it's the scotch I crave over all others.
