Tastes

I kept this on hand for the occasional sore throat. It was pretty bad, even with a tbsp of honey mixed it. Super sweet and thin. Still fond memories and all.

My wife’s mixer of choice. It’s light and sweet.

What a great bourbon. Sweet cherry on the nose, slight nuttiness with hints of vanilla and wood. A splash of water makes everything more punchy.

I get a sulphuric note in this that is reminiscent of bile. I’m assuming that it is just me. I can’t get past it though.
