Just opened the bottle, to early to mark it. But first impressions: going to enjoy this! Lots of (canned) fruit, reminds me a little of current fettercairn. Full bodied, lots and lots of flavor.

Reminds me of jamaican rum. Very estery. Banana, canned tropical fruit, then some black berry/cassis flavor. Not bad at all.

Much better than expected. Goes wel with ice. On ice its very smokey. I think a lot of caol ila, and just a little talisker (but that's just an impression).
