Open already for 3 years! Absolutely fantastic.

First dram, and already exceptional good. Chill-filtered, "mit farbe", 43%, everything we dont't want, but undeniably good.

Ok, but bottle just opened, who knows how it will develop. Takes water very well. One would expect similarity with the other smokeheads, but they are very different. As for the "as we get it", that must be from an altogether different distillery.

Okish, not too impressed. Just a first impression though.

Little sweet, vanilla, typical bourbon barrel. But also some fruit, and rather hot. A few drops of water only reduces the flavor, but after some serious water to bring the hotness down the taste actually gets better!
