Tastes

Citrus and floral nose. Citrus flows into the palette with a vanilla finish. Light burn in the middle of the palette. No lingering finish, but comex overall profile.

Subtle nose, with light honey and floral overtone. Very earthy palette like walking into a sage field. Light burn and smooth finish.

Dominant cinnamon on the nose. Tight floral flavor finishing with a sweet honey. Light burn and complexity with a short finish, very drinkable.

Distinct orange peel and cinnamon on the nose. Flavor continues into the pallets. Spicy and fruity like a holiday stewed fruit cocktail. Not much complexity here, but very drinkable. Good luck finding it.

Caramel and vanilla on the nose. Dominant spicy cinnamon on the front of the pallet hanging long to drop suddenly. Finish carries with caremel and afterburn which is pleasant and warming.

Strikes me as very oaky and smokey scotch on the nose. Pallette has a peaty overtone with a burn on the front. Finishes long and eventually honey. Great mouth feel, moderately oily.

Nose is very smooth and light floral with a minor honey undertone. Spicy pallette instantly dropping into a floral rose finish. This is an excellent bourbon and a unique profile.

Nose is slightly spicy with a brown sugar undertone. I understand why people can taste banana in this profile, but fortunately that is subtle and the burn and spicy is front loaded dropping to a short and sweet finish. Lacks complexity of higher proof bourbons but is definitely an above average bourbon.

Nose is spicy with honey undertone. Sweet and lightly fruity up front with a mid-point burn falling suddenly with a cinnamon and caramel finish.

Great nose! Orange and floral with caramel undertone. Palette has instant spice and burn that tapers uniquely, finishing with a subtle sweet.
