WhistlePig 15 Year Estate Oak Rye
Rye — (bottled in) Vermont, Canada
Reviewed February 9, 2020 (edited July 11, 2020)Nose: very little. Sweet Carmel & Smooth. Palate: oak and peppery rye in a perfect subtle sweet vanilla like balance Finish: so gentle. Like a campfire slowly dying. No bite. Comparison: high west double rye has a similar profile but cannot touch the sweet smooth pepper of all phases. Best Rye I have ever tasted!170.0 USD per Bottle -
