Totally changed my mind & now really like it! The trick is add some water to cut the proof & do NOT add ice. Totally different but interestingly good from bourbons I am used to. I taste more spice than fruits but not too spicy & actually a little sweet (vanilla) @ the end. Slight nice burn in the mouth but no burn down the throat. It is a FULL, FLAVORFUL bourbon. If you have tried & didn't like it, I would say "TRY AGAIN".

Wow, I mean WOW!!! So impressed with the smell & the flavor! Very flavorful & so very smooth! No burn what so ever. My only complaint is maybe too smooth! So good can drink without ice! Best Rye for the price hands down.

Awesome if you appreciate the sweetness of port wine. As far as this style of finish - I think it blows away Angels Envy. Bowman Port Barrel Finished is so smooth & has much more complexity than Angels Envy. Again for this style of bourbon, I think Bowman has it!

Very nice smooth bourbon. Love the caramel taste but no additional flavors. Lucky I like caramel & a wheated bourbon!

A lot of nice multiple flavors but is burny. Must have the ice & let it melt to fully enjoy & open the flavors!

In my TOP PICKS - really nice smell, full flavor of multiple ingredients. Really nice with splash of water on the rocks. Superior bourbon for the price! Don't understand the low overall ratings! This is a SUPERIOR Bourbon & is a 10 in my book!!

Love it! Rare wonderful flavorful bourbon. Similar to Taylor Small Batch without as much burn! Top 5 on my list!
