Clove and pepper dominate the mid body with a rounded molasses sweetness, vanilla and oak are then accompanied by a lot of fruit, some bramble, some peach. More vanilla and some alcohol. Viscous on the tongue and last a long long time.

Vanilla and wood, followed by nutmeg some fruit and a liquor Note. More vanilla and some berry through the body, finish is oak and a lingering burn.

Would that has a body. Comes fast with some fire. Vanilla, some oak, little bit of creme caramel, a thin citrus pie and a long thin burn. The tobacco appears and the slight oversweet barley as well. Mostly a well balanced bourbon.

The samaroli wild and primitive 1998 expression isn’t listed here so this is my notes for that. Citrus and salt and caramel vanilla with the cask strength burn. Fair bit of peat on the nose and tongue and finish is woody and orange peel. Add some more peat to round out the profile.
