One of the most easy-drinker bourbons out there. Lower proof and high on the sweetness, Eagle Rare is a classic sipper for both whiskey newbies and aficionados alike. Great value if you can find it for under $40. Unfortunately we all know that this has become an allocated, hard-to-find bourbon in a lot of markets. Don’t overpay for this one. Go with a Russell’s Reserve 10 or Old Grand Dad 114 instead if you can’t find this under $40.
