A good go-to rye. Spicy and oaky, but not overpowering. Smooth mouth texture with hints of cinnamon, anise, and maybe tumeric in addition to the basic bourbon pallet of vanilla and Carmel. Cherry nose.

A solid rye heavy bourbon. sweet, but not overly so. hints of sage, apricot, and rose petal, but mostly vanilla and carmel, marshmallow, and toasted wood with a slightly spicy finish. Beautiful bright gold in the glass.

Beautiful gin. Light and floral with a hint of red fruit, tea leaves, and rose petals. Love the color change from the Butterfly Pea Flower. Other botanIcals include grapefruit peal, coriander, ginger root, and cinnamon bark. A very gentle yet flavorful gin.
