Nose: Caramel, cinnamon, oak, & spearmint. Taste: Caramel, cinnamon, oak, & and herbal freshness. Finish: Oak, burnt citrus, vanilla, & mint

Nose: candied orange peel, vanilla, Christmas spice, & a touch of oak. Taste: Heavy vanilla & oak, with burnt caramel, cloves, cinnamon, dried stonefruits, & a bit of citrus tang. Finish: Oak & Vanilla bean for days, with a touch of raisin, citrus & spice.

Nose: briney/smokey/peaty, but with a herbaceous and heathery/honeysuckle notes. Taste: Heavy peat and smoke, with classic Islay notes of salt, bacon, and iodine. Finish: long, salty/bacony but with some herbal freshness coming through, breaking up the peaty richness with some brightness

Nose: Very subtle notes of Apple, vanilla, spice, oak, and a bit of alcohol burn. Taste: Heavy spice, oak astringency, char, with a touch of vanilla and orange peel.

Nose: Vanilla cream, light caramel. Taste: Sweet vanilla creme, light caramel, cloves, with a hint of oak. Finish: long, sweet, and balanced.
