My bottle opened up over time to let the vanilla and caramel come through the initial harsh pepper from the first pour. Great bottle but prefer ER over traditinal blantons.

Rich brown sugar, tobacco and leather with a bit if turkey funk

This grew on me over time but still not overly impressed. First thought was overly sour bitter oak but as it opened up i got more of the french toast notes i had heard about. It still has a funk to me that im not a fan of but was able to enjoy by the end of the bottle. This was a 110 store pick from cristys.

Tastes young and the finish reminds me of scotch. There is a strawberry note but I would not recommend this bottle or buy again, especially at this price point.

Classic BT bourbon with caremels and vanilla and sweet candy. Smooth drinker but a bit more of a bite than ER

Great rye for the price and very much carries the MGP rye characteristics but suprisingly crushable given the proof point. Sweet and candy like with a bit if dill & rye but still light in body.

Might be the best of the weller lineup overall. Great proof point and sweet vanilla cream comes throigh with the dustry note as well with a bit of honey. A great wheater.

Middle of the road bourbon. Standard bourbon notes with a bit of the fruitier side but short finish. Good for the value but doesnt stand out as extraordinary.

Sweat wheat with big caremel and vanilla notes but easy and long finish. A bit of vanilla cinnamon bread. This may be the best bottle under $50 and honestly may be better than the weller lineup.

Happy to see a lower price point for barrel but for $60 this bottle still fell short to me. My bottle had a bit of bitter oak with a short vanilla cream finish. Its not a bad bottle but I struggle to place it above bottles at half the price such as early times BiB. It was worth trying but hard to justify another purchase.
