Grannysmith apple and mesquite on the nose to me. Reminds me of peg leg porker, but if it was stewie griffin’s genetically modified pig; because this thing packs a punch. The TN in it is 13yrs, but idk how much of it is the TN. The heigold in it I’d guess 4-6yrs. So technically it’s not 13. Still, the flavor is on point. Getting it for 50 instead of 150, it’s amazing and a no brainer buy for that price.

Brandied cherries, chocolate, oats, toasted marshmallow, toffee and butterscotch. Finish gives a general bite, but almost a dry wine texture too. TWCP SP in STL

138.2 proof 👀 amber red and vegetal oils. Tails last. 👅 coats the gums but the spice isn’t overbearing for its age. Dances all over the palate. Hits with vanilla 🏁 sting lingers but it hurts well. Finishes with corn and the sting is like a rollercoaster; strong mild up down

👅 Black pepper, rye, spice, leather, tobacco, viscous dry wine texture. 🏁smooth lingering. Mellow bite.

Taste: Almond, cinnamon, vanilla, absinth. Finish: that scene in Good Will Hunting when skyler says I love to to Will. ...you feel love and want more.

Carmel flavor. Lasting flavor, but no bite. Loved it before I could smell. Not super crazy at the moment. My sense of smell is coming back, so the ethanol flavor is getting in the way. We’ll revisit this one later.

Dang son. Dark and delicious. Nutty flavor, but short bite and long finish.

Getting up there. Proof good, little water opens up. Bold spice, but lasting finish.

Spicy, but but of a sweet marshmallow flavor. Would put in mouth again.
