A great 10 year bourbon. It’s a bit too sweet and light for my liking on any occasion. I need to be in the mood for something easy sipping

A great sipping whiskey, but it’s too inconsistent for my liking. My rating is on what goes in the glass. However, it’s not something I go after anymore due to the high prices it goes for.

Perfectly okay well bourbon for $25. It doesn’t deserve the praise or the hate it gets.

The 2017 bottle- A fantastic expression. A bold scotch with lots of flavors that will have you keep going back to the glass for more notes. I won’t claim to be able to identify the notes, but I know what I like.

Fantastic bottle, excellent price for a bar. Wish my steak would have been as great as finishing this bottle.

Can’t say any of BTAC has lived up to the hype, still a great pour from the bucket list.
