Nose of apple and Carmel. Full taste that lasts

Strong floral and fruity nose, smooth on the mouth, fruity taste.

Initial nose gives a hint of hay and farm along with boiled peanuts and field corn. Upon first contact with my lips and tongue hits like a SEC linebacker, but fades into a smooth Big-12 wideout. Leather, slight smoke and earth. Baking spice from the rye. Well balanced whiskey - especially for under $25

Fruit on the nose - apple and pear. Mild mouth feel - lacking in spice and burn. Sweet taste, floral and bitter.

A delightful Bourbon. Rich and full nose, oak and nuts. Full mouth feel, without an intense burn. Rich, deep flavor.

Rich Carmel Apple nose. Hits the mouth like a hot coal. Upon inspection a wooden feel that leaves a hearty tack to the tongue. Tastes of warm sugar and rye.
