An excellent rum. Good flavor, not overly sweet and offers some complexity with a pleasant finish. Really nice color. Delivers what you’d expect from a good, aged rum at this price point. Presentation is unmatched. This bottle will serve as my infinity bottle after it’s gone!

Excellent. Reminds me of a good bourbon with just a slight bit more rum sweetness. More spice than usual on a rum. Very enjoyable.

Very distinct sipping rum. Enjoy the slightl citrusy notes up front and spicy finish at the back. Not overly sweet.

An excellent rum served neat. I felt like I could taste the added sugar up front, but it gets better as you go, with a nice mid-palate oaky flavor and a more balanced and pleasing finish. Was hoping for a tiny bit more out of this pour, if I’m honest (and due to the abundant praise it receives), but you could certainly do much worse. Will definitely try this again.

A fine rum, but not preferred for sipping. A bit too sweet up front and has some flavor on the finish that I’m not as into. That said, plays nicely with coke.

The best of both the bourbon and rum worlds intertwined with love into a single barrel. This is an amazing sipper. Tougher to find barrel strength single barrel offerings in the rum world, and this delivers for a very reasonable price.
