Flavors, flavors, and more flavors. This unique Whiskey balances the warm baking spices and latte/mocha notes of the Baltic Porter very well. Nutmeg, anise, pepper, and cinnamon linger. Notes of espresso creep in on second sip. This whiskey has a lot of complexity and spice but is a smooth sipper.

Very nice traditional Irish Whiskey. Lots of flavor from the two types of Oak. Vanilla, toffee, pear, and little grassiness.
