Not what I was expecting. I am used to using Luxardo but this liqueur is extremely tart in comparison and not sweet.In cocktails you will have to bump ratios as I can only place trace amounts of sweetness. To be fair it is very unique to this style of Liqueur but it is not applicable to standard cocktail recipes.

It is earthy, vegetal, spicy, aromatic and truly one of a kind liqueur that is a standard in making classic cocktails suck as the Aviation, Casino, Martinez, and improved whiskey cocktails
