First tasted at home in Broomfield the Friday evening of memorial day weekend 2019. Nose: figs, fresh sawdust, Apple Jacks, strawberry bon bons, fleeting hints of Werther's Originals caramels, green apple, maple syrup Taste: strawberry bon bons, potpourri, maple syrup, clean new leather upholstery Finish: medium finish with warm maple syrup on the end

Tasted at Oliver's Publick House, Lafayette, CO Nose: malty, faint lavender, cola, carmel, toasted marshmallow, mixed nuts Taste: sour malt up front, orange peel

Valentine's day gift. Opened after dinner. Nose: Fresh baked, frosted yellow birthday cake Taste: buttercream frosting, subtle cornbread

Opened and tasted while home, alone, watching hockey nose: high rye, sweet buttercream frosting, subtle hint of honey taste: big rye up front, buttercream frosting, short finish

Tasted at home with family. It kind of reminds me of monkey shoulder. Musty, sweet floral notes on the nose. Very floral taste - almost reminds me of Amrut Fusion.

Pretty basic and sweet on it's own, but great with a cigar. Balances very well with the smoke.

Tasted at BJ's Brew House Westminster, CO one evening in Feb 2018 at the bar. Rich, sweet bourbon up front followed by long, surprisingly complex charred wood notes on the finish. Very friendly. Nothing challenging about this at all. Reminds me of Elijah Craig, minus the cinnamon.

Dry scotch with hints of banana. All around great daily sipping scotch but it has a glaring note that I am not sure how to pinpoint. The best I can think of is when Richard Patterson described Dalmore as having "a hint of baby sick". It reminds me in an odd way of sour milk, or more off-putting, spit-up formula

Excellently mild peat smoke, gentle fruit notes and a delicious vanilla finish. I could nose this all day without even sipping, it smells so good.
