This tastes very young. Harsh burn. Heavy char and pepper palate. I’ll take the small batch over this any and every day.

No burn whatsoever. Delicate, sweet, caramel/ orange.

If you want to talk about the most disappointing whiskey I’ve had to date, here it is. It starts with the most beautiful aroma of orange marmalade... and that’s where it ends. The sweetness in the aroma doesn’t translate to palate. Harsh alcohol burn and one dimensional flavors. What a tremendous let down.

The gold standard, what a beautiful drink. Smooth, sweet palate. Taste of maple, cinnamon spice, and underlying oak. Long finish heavily of cinnamon and vanilla. Delicate for the proof.

Honey, vanilla, sweet fruits- apricot/berries. Long finish- nice spice profile, dried fruit, and cedar.
